JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
St Ives RUFC Memberships for age grade players and for adult non-playing members are now being collected via the RFU’s GMS system. You will need to log into your GMS account to purchase memberships for yourself and your child(ren).

To allow for each person to have a Membership the schemes have been arranged as below, as are the instructions on how to create accounts, purchase memberships and player registration.

All non-playing Adults including Parent/Guardian of Age Grade Players, Coaches and Social Members
Non-Playing Adult (24/25) - £25
(Please note that Senior Players have a seperate Membership Scheme so do not need to purchase this)

First Age Grade Player in the family
Age Grade Player-1st Child-(Mini/Junior)(24/25) - £75

Second Age Grade Player in the family
Age Grade Player-2nd Child-(Mini/Junior)(24/25) - £25

Returning Members:

1. Sign in
If you are a returning member, or you are transferring from another club, you will already havea profile set up on GMS. Please sign in at: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Account/Login

If anyone has any issues signing in, please let us know as soon as you can. Email David Gledson St Ives RUFC Membership and Data Officer at stivesrufcdataofficer@gmail.com You can use your username or email address to sign in. (If you have previously verified it). If you cannot remember your password, you can create a new one by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’.

All adults, and any children, linked to the account need to be added to ‘St Ives (Midlands)’. The same method is used if you’re transferring from another club:

Go to the ‘My Organisations’ section. Search for, and select, St Ives (Midlands) to be added to the club.

Please check that all your profile details are correct and amend if necessary - add all the missing details including DOB, telephone number. If required, please verify your email address. If any names are spelled incorrectly, please correct by editing the name field prior to affiliation and payment. Please use full first names, not just your initials.

Purchase Membership:

Each membership needs to be for the person it is intended.

Once all required memberships are added to your basket, you can check out and pay.

Registration:

Required for all playing members in order for them to be registered to play.

Please ensure that the emergency contact and medical details are entered, otherwise your registration will not be saved (the word optional here refers to the details of the medical issue, but you do have to answer Y or N). You will receive an on-screen message to say that your membership has been sent to/received by the club when you have completed the process.
